There are no special prenatal checkups at 30 weeks of pregnancy. We routinely take weight and blood pressure, measure the height of the uterine fundus and abdominal circumference to assess whether the fetus is developing normally, listen to the fetal heart rate from the abdomen with Doppler, and touch whether the fetal position is normal. If the fetal position is abnormal, after excluding contraindications to correct the fetal position, moxibustion can be used to correct the fetal position at the Zhiyin point, or knee-chest position, and an obstetric ultrasound can be done to observe whether the fetal development is normal again. Check the blood routine to observe whether the pregnant woman has anemia, and if the serum ferritin is reduced or anemic, take iron supplements to correct the anemia, measure the urine routine to observe whether there is urine protein, ketone bodies, white blood cells, etc., and deal with the abnormalities in time.
