What movements can be used to recover from a bulging cervical vertebrae

Patients with cervical bulge can be corrected with the following conservative treatments and surgical treatments.
1. Conservative treatment: If the bulge is not obvious, cervical traction treatment and neck muscle resistance training treatment can be used to correct the cervical bulge, restore the physiological curvature of the cervical vertebrae, and relieve neck symptoms. Patients need to take repeated X-rays before and during the treatment phase to confirm the progress of treatment, and adjust the treatment method according to the progress of treatment.
2. Surgery: If the cervical bulge is serious and conservative treatment is ineffective, surgical treatment needs to be considered. Through incision, fusion, fixation, and implantation, the clinical symptoms of cervical bulge can be corrected, and the patient’s cervical spine range of motion will be affected to a certain extent after the surgery, and the patient will need to exercise the cervical muscles after the surgery, to maintain the stability of the cervical spine and to avoid recurrence of the symptoms of cervical bulge.
Once the cervical bulge occurs, patients must be diagnosed and treated as early as possible to avoid delayed diagnosis and more serious consequences.
