In normal people, there are lymph nodes in the inner thigh. In people who are thin, inguinal lymph nodes can be felt directly in the inguinal area of the inner thigh, but they are usually soft to the touch and the particles are small. In the case of inflammation of the lymph nodes in the thigh, there will be local swelling and also pressure pain. This condition is usually an infection of the soft tissues of the lower extremities, which then spreads through the lymphatic channels, thus spreading to the lymph nodes in the medial groin, leading to inflammation. Another condition is metastasis of a malignant tumor in the lower abdomen, anus or bladder, which presents with swelling and pain in the inguinal lymph nodes.
