There is a near piece on the inner thigh, commonly due to the following reasons: 1. It may be a subcutaneous soft tissue mass, most commonly sebaceous cysts, lipomas, fibroids and so on. This condition can be diagnosed basically by local ultrasound. If it is a swelling as described above, it is mostly benign, and if it is not obviously enlarged or does not appear to be painful, it usually does not require special treatment. If the pain or swelling is more obvious, surgical removal can be considered.2. If something hard appears near the groin, it may be an enlarged lymph node, which is usually formed by infection of the organs or soft tissues around the inguinal lymph nodes. 3. The hernia protrudes from the intestine, and if a hard lump is felt and cannot be retracted, it is usually possible that the hernia is ingrown, and this situation must be urgently reset or even surgically treated.
