The following precautions should be taken to improve ovarian function in patients with reduced ovarian function: 1. regular rest: avoid staying up late to avoid accelerated follicle depletion in the ovaries; 2. ensure adequate nutrition: increase the intake of high-protein foods, including eggs, milk, soy milk, fish, shrimp, chicken and green vegetables and fruits, the diet should be comprehensive and rich; 3. appropriate exercise: it can keep the body in a youthful state and also reduce insulin resistance; 4. maintain a regular sex life: so that the reproductive organs get sufficient blood flow to prevent follicle atrophy and reduction; 5. maintain an optimistic attitude: excessive mental stress may lead to premature ovarian failure.
