What is a psychological disorder

The concept of psychological disorder usually refers to an abnormal mental process that is caused by a person’s physiology, psychology, or social or surrounding reasons. There are also personality traits that are different from the norm, abnormal ways of behavior. It is a condition in which a person is incapable or does not behave in a socially acceptable way, so that his behavior and its consequences are inappropriate for himself and society. When this psychological condition meets the criteria for medical diagnosis, it is called a psychological disorder. They are not usually treated as a disease in the clinical presentation. If properly treated and regulated, they can be accepted by themselves or by people, and can be accepted by society.
