Panda blood and type O blood belong to two completely different blood group systems.
There are as many as dozens of human red blood cell blood group systems, and the two main blood group systems are the two most widely used in clinical practice. One is the ABO blood group system and the other is the Rh blood group system.
The ABO blood group system is commonly known as blood groups A, B, O, AB, and the Rh blood group system is divided into Rh-positive and Rh-negative blood groups. For most of the population in our country, it is the Rh-positive blood group. Only a small portion of the population is Rh-negative. Those with Rh-negative blood type are commonly known as panda blood.
In other words, if you have type O blood, but you have Rh negative blood type, then you have panda blood.
