Exfoliative dermatitis herpetiformis is an inflammatory skin disease in which the skin develops erythema, blisters, and vesicles. Herpetic exfoliative dermatitis may be related to drug allergies, inflammatory skin diseases, etc. It manifests itself as erythema and red rash on the trunk, limbs, and scalp, partially forming blisters, with watery liquid overflow after the rash breaks, erosion of lips and oral mucosa, white membranous material covering the surface of eroded mucosa, and much secretion accompanied by pus odor.
