Early treatment of frozen shoulder

Frozen shoulder itself is self-limiting, but clinically you can see many patients with frozen shoulder, due to improper early treatment, resulting in a prolonged course of the disease, which affects the recovery of the patient’s function. Here are some considerations for the early treatment of frozen shoulder patients. The early stage of frozen shoulder generally refers to the initial 1-3 months of the disease. The goal of treatment in this period is to control pain, reduce edema and reduce muscle tension. 1. Shoulder belt fixation: In the early stage of frozen shoulder, when the pain symptoms are heavy, the shoulder joint can be fixed with a sling to make the shoulder joint rest and protected. 2.Joint mobility training: When fixing the shoulder joint, it is necessary to intermittently train the shoulder joint range of motion, so that the range of motion does not cause significant pain, in order to reduce the occurrence of shoulder joint adhesions. 3.Joint loosening: In this period, you can receive joint loosening by experienced therapists, and the technique is 1-2 levels. 4.Pendulum movement. 5.Isometric muscle training: For the muscle groups around the shoulder joint and around the elbow joint, isometric muscle training is performed.
