Intestine out of the anus is generally considered to be caused by the following factors: i. Trauma. Trauma leads to local tissue damage and intestinal prolapse, and treatment is mainly based on clinical manifestations of performing repair surgery; ii. internal hemorrhoids. If the prolapse is frequent and difficult to be returned, direct surgical removal can be considered; iii. Rectal prolapse. In children, the intestinal tract is not fully developed, and the manifestation of intestinal mucosa detachment will occur when there is difficulty in defecation, and the detachment is in the form of a ring-shaped cone with pink color. Similar conditions can occur in the elderly due to deficiency of qi and blood and weakened muscle function, requiring surgical intervention.
