How to regulate insufficient qi and blood

Insufficient qi and blood can be regulated by taking medicines such as Bazhen Pill and Strengthening the Spleen and Promoting Blood Granules.
1. Ba Zhen Wan: composed of Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala (fried), Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong, Radix Glycyrrhizae. It is used for the symptoms of yellowish color, loss of appetite, weakness of limbs and excessive menstruation caused by deficiency of qi and blood. It is forbidden for those who are allergic to this product and its ingredients.
2. Granules for Strengthening Spleen and Promoting Blood: composed of Radix Codonopsis, Poria, Atractylodes macrocephala (fried), Radix et Rhizoma Glycyrrhizae, Radix Astragali, and Rhizoma Dioscoreae. It is used for children with iron deficiency anemia due to weakness of spleen and stomach and deficiency of heart and spleen; adults with iron deficiency anemia due to deficiency of qi and blood. Symptoms include yellowish or bluish color, poor appetite and dullness (no appetite, reduced food intake), irregular stools (abnormal stools), irritability and excessive sweating, tiredness and fatigue.
Patients with non-iron deficiency anemia (e.g., thalassemia) are contraindicated to use JianShenShengBlood Granules. Adverse effects of JianShenShengBlood Granules: During the period of taking the medicine, some children may have blackened teeth, which may gradually disappear after stopping the medicine.
