End-of-life symptoms of sarcomatoid lung cancer

Sarcomatoid lung cancer is a very rare cancer among lung cancers, with poor surgical treatment effect and no indication for radiotherapy and chemotherapy, and the main clinical manifestation is repeated hemoptysis or even haemoptysis. Therefore, patients with sarcoma-like lung cancer will suffer from intractable anemia, respiratory failure, and hypoproteinemia, and will mainly show symptoms of anemia before death, such as pale face, pale lips, pale tongue, cold sweat, bedridden, incontinence, poor gastrointestinal function, less food, and even headache and impaired consciousness. Sarcoma-like lung cancer has poor surgical results and is prone to anaemia and haemoptysis, with very poor prognosis.
