Early symptoms of femoral head necrosis in women

The early stage of femoral head necrosis in women can be asymptomatic, or manifested as lower limb pain, hip pain, hip dysfunction and so on. 1. Lower limb pain: pain at the root of thigh, aching and discomfort. The pain may be limited to the thigh root, or it may radiate along the anterior medial thigh to the knee and below the knee joint. 2. Hip joint pain: some patients have hip joint pain in the early stage, and some patients even have radiating pain, which is often misdiagnosed as lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. 3. Hip dysfunction: patients can not freely flex and extend their hip joints when squatting, wearing shoes and socks, or taking off pants. Women who have early symptoms of femoral head necrosis should go to the hospital in time for examination and treatment under the guidance of the doctor.
