The second time is around the 8th week, when the infant discovers that his surroundings are not uniform and fixed, but consist of concrete things that are moving, and that the dazzling changes make him fearful. The third time is around the 12th week, when the baby discovers movement and recognizes the process of certain activities, so that the formerly dull movements become flexible, he understands that he can control his own behavior and confirms his own abilities, squealing, giggling, and learning words with excitement. The fourth time is at 19 weeks, when they can grasp things, turn or flip things that they can get, and watch the process of activity of objects.
