Is the heart rate the same when lying and sitting?

In the quiet state lying down and sitting heart rate is generally the same, some patients may be the pursuit of the absolute same value, which is impossible, because lying down state will also occur at any time the heart rate changes. The general heart rate range is relatively good as long as it is between 60-80 beats/min, and the normal heart rate range is between 60-100 beats/min for sinus rhythm, which is a normal heart rate state. Some patients may feel that their heart rate is 60 beats/minute at this time, but after sitting up, their heart rate may be 70 beats/minute when measured immediately, so they think they have heart problems. This state is not advisable because the heart rate is in a state of change from moment to moment, depending on the blood supply or the state of vasoconstriction, etc. There is no need to worry too much about slight changes in the heart rate.
