How to Rehab Tennis Elbow

Tennis elbow, also known as epicondylitis of the humerus. The symptoms can be relieved through rehabilitation training, the main rehabilitation training are resistance back training, wrist flexion and stretching training, muscle strength enhancement training.
1. Resistance dorsiflexion training: the patient stands face-to-face with the helper, the patient makes a fist to do wrist dorsiflexion, the helper presses down the patient’s fist with his hand to do the resistance movement, and this training is adhered to for 1~2 minutes each time.
2. Wrist flexion and stretching exercise: the patient to do wrist flexion, the other hand grasps the fist, so that the fist bent to the outside, and then do the stretching action.
3. Muscle Strengthening Exercise: If the patient holds an object of about one kilogram to do slow wrist flexion and extension exercises, move to all directions of the shoulder. After doing the exercise, ice should be applied locally to prevent edema.
