Blood pressure used to be high and is now low, mainly considered to be related to environmental influences, drug influences and other factors.
1. Environmental influences: for example, people with long-term mental tension may experience a drop in blood pressure after getting rest and mental relaxation; long-term smoking can lead to an increase in the release of norepinephrine from sympathetic nerve endings, which in turn leads to an increase in blood pressure, and after quitting smoking, high blood pressure can be improved to a certain extent.
2. Drug influence: After applying antihypertensive drugs, the patient’s blood pressure can be improved to a certain extent, and then the phenomenon of high blood pressure in the past is now low. If overdose of antihypertensive drugs is applied, even hypotension may occur.
3. Other factors: such as glomerulonephritis, hyperthyroidism and other diseases, can lead to increased blood pressure, as long as such primary diseases are cured or well controlled, the symptoms of hypertension can be improved, and then there is a high blood pressure before and now the situation of low blood pressure.
If the patient’s blood pressure fluctuates greatly, or is accompanied by other uncomfortable symptoms, it is recommended to consult a doctor in time.
