3 effective ways to treat highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma

As we all know, cancer deteriorates very fast. Therefore, those who suffer from highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma should be treated in time. What are the methods to treat highly differentiated squamous cell carcinoma? Surgical treatment ① Local excision Small tumor, superficial location, no metastasis and biopsy confirmed good differentiation of tumor cells. ②Miles surgery The surgery is complicated, with large damage and different opinions on operation methods. 2/3 of patients with anal canal cancer die mostly within 5 years after surgery, and most die within 2 years. It is the accepted method for many years. Radiation therapy includes x-ray therapy and radium therapy. Radiation therapy is suitable for old and weak patients, patients with contraindications to surgery and for cancer occurring on scar tissue or in areas with insufficient blood supply and little connective tissue (such as outer ear, fingers, etc.), or cancer that has invaded cartilage or bone (such as in scalp or ear), or metastasized to lymph nodes. ①X-ray treatment Zoned treatment is safer and mostly does not affect the appearance and function. Lesions smaller than 2 cm and fairly shallow can be treated with short course of contact zonotherapy of 2 to 3 weeks; lesions smaller than 5 cm and thickness not more than 0.5 cm are treated with moderate x-ray, long course of zonotherapy of 2 to 3 weeks or 3 to 5 weeks; lesions larger than the above area or more than the above thickness are treated with deep x-ray, zonotherapy of 3 to 5 weeks. ② Radium treatment The change method is the same as the x-ray treatment method, only in comparison, the operation of the method is more tedious, but it is especially superior to the special parts of the patient. III. Drug treatment ① local drug Localized treatment of skin tumor with combination of Chinese and Western medicine, or topical application of pedicel and fluorouracil ointment, etc., but its reliability is not easy to master and it is easy to recur. ② Systemic medication Intramuscular or intravenous injection of scramblomycin, 15mg once a day, total 600~900mg.
