How to massage milk with hard lumps

When there are hard lumps in your breasts, wash your hands and hold the whole breast, use your fingers to massage from the outside of the breast to the inside in a circular motion to help unblock the breast, especially where there are hard lumps, try to soften the hard lumps, let the hard lumps blend into the milk, and then squeeze out all the milk. When feeding your baby, you can also rub your breasts gently to soften the hard lumps slowly. When massaging, let the mother lie calmly on the bed and gently rub around the breast with a warm wet towel to avoid breast swelling. When you massage your breasts again, make a fist with your hands, put your four fingers side by side and bend them slightly, massage back and forth around your breasts with the second joint of your fingers, alternate with your thumbs and massage gently along the roots of your breasts towards the nipples, gradually pushing the hard lumps in your breasts to soften them, roll them while kneading with your palms, and let the hard lumps blend into your milk as much as possible.
