Proper massage of the Neiguan point can relieve gastric discomfort, and also treat heart pain, vomiting, eructation, insomnia, forgetfulness, chest pain, etc. Appropriate massage of the Stomach Yu point can relieve stomach discomfort, but also can treat chest pain, vomiting, abdominal distension, diarrhea, dysentery and so on. The Stomach Point is located on the back, 1.5 inches below the spinous process of the twelfth thoracic vertebra.
