Multiple small ground-glass nodules in both upper lungs, called multiple nodules in both lungs, are usually not very serious. Most of the nodules found by chest CT are benign lesions, which may be inflammatory nodules caused by lung infections, tuberculosis, or lung tumors. 1. Inflammatory nodules: the small nodules found in the shadow of the lungs for the first time in chest CT can be considered to be treated with antibiotics for 1 to 2 weeks, and the nodules can disappear on their own after antibiotic treatment, which belong to inflammatory nodules and are infectious diseases. 2. Lung tumor: when there are other primary foci in the lungs, metastatic nodules will be considered; when there is no primary disease in the lungs and the nodules can be progressively enlarged, then lung cancer may be considered; when the nodules have no obvious changes in the follow-up observation and no tendency to increase in size, then benign lung nodules will be considered. 3. Tuberculosis: It can also be seen in tuberculosis mycobacterium infection of lungs, which spreads to lungs and forms multiple nodules. It is recommended that patients who are not feeling well go to the hospital as soon as possible, do not be negligent, so as not to delay the condition.
