What is Vitamin C Injection

Vitamin C injection component is vitamin C, chemical name is L-ascorbic acid, colorless or light yellow transparent liquid, keep it in a cool place away from light. It is used in the treatment of anti-scorbutic disease, adjuvant treatment of some acute and chronic infectious diseases and anaphylactic purpura, enhancement of immunity to increase resistance to disease, medication for pregnancy vomiting and parenteral nutrition, and symptomatic supportive medication for emergency reactions such as fever, trauma, and severe infections. Side effects include dizziness, diarrhea, acid reflux and itching of the skin; use with caution for hemolytic anemia, oxalate deposition, hemochromatic thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, gout and urate kidney stones. Vitamin C injection should be used in accordance with the doctor’s advice and instructions, and not blindly used on its own to avoid delaying the condition.
