Difference in efficacy between good ginger and dried ginger

Difference between the effects of Liang Jiang and Dried Ginger: Liang Jiang’s effect is to warm the stomach to stop vomiting and disperse cold to relieve pain; Dried Ginger’s effect is to warm the middle and disperse cold (to dispel cold by warming the spleen and the stomach), return yang to open the veins, and warm the lungs to dissolve drinks (to promote the flow of stagnant fluid by warming the lungs).
Liang Jiang is hot and pungent in nature, and is attributed to the spleen and stomach meridians. It can be used to treat cold and painful stomach, generalized vomiting of clear water, fear of cold and liking warmth. The adverse reactions and contraindications of Liang Jiang are not clear.
Dried ginger is hot and pungent in nature, and belongs to spleen, stomach, heart, kidney and lung meridians. It can be used in the treatment of cold pain in the stomach and abdomen (feeling cold pain in the stomach and abdomen), vomiting and diarrhea, fear of cold and cold limbs, and wheezing and coughing with cold drinks. Dried ginger is contraindicated for people with Yin deficiency and internal heat, and pregnant women are advised to use it with caution. The adverse reactions of this product are not clear.
