Pain on pressure on the left side of the right knee is mainly seen in patients with medial collateral ligament and meniscus disease of the right knee. In particular, the presence of a medial meniscus injury in the right knee can lead to significant pressure pain on the medial side of the right knee. The pain is significantly worse during squatting activities and there is also a rattling sound inside the knee joint during knee flexion and extension activities. Then, it is seen with injury to the medial collateral ligament of the right knee, strain, or with osteoarthritic degeneration of the right knee. If the medial collateral ligament is stimulated, there will be significant pressure pain on the medial side of the right knee, and when the knee is weighted, especially during squatting and running and jumping activities, there will be significant pain on the left side of the right knee, and it will easily affect the flexion and extension of the knee joint.
