Cardiac paralysis is a condition in which the heart loses its original function and is unable to supply blood and oxygen to all organs of the body. The causes of cardiac paralysis are: 1) increasing age, family genetic factors and exposure to environmental toxins can increase the probability of suffering from cardiac paralysis. 2) cardiac arrest can be caused by high personal mental stress, long-term mental work, physical fatigue and overload on the heart. 3) patients with previous coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction and heart failure are more likely to suffer sudden cardiac death than normal people, that is, cardiac paralysis. 4. Overdose of injectable drugs, such as overdose of high concentrations of potassium can lead to hyperkalemia, resulting in cardiac arrest. In case of cardiac paralysis, prompt resuscitation is required. CPR is given in out-of-hospital cases, and electric defibrillation can be considered in in-hospital cases.
