Cirrhosis with ascites, diarrhea and portal vein pressure increase and hypoproteinemia have great correlation, clinically the main choice of drug treatment, surgical treatment and daily care. 1. Medication treatment: diuretics can be used for treating ascites, generally spironolactone can be used with furosemide, and albumin can be supplemented artificially when necessary; some anti-inflammatory drugs can be used for some accompanying inflammation, such as cefixime. 2. Daily care: pay attention to ensure sufficient rest, avoid high physical labor, pay attention to abstaining from alcohol, avoid applying the drugs that have damage to liver, and supplement the food containing essence protein, such as fish and lean meat in moderation. During the period of liver cirrhosis, we should closely monitor the changes of liver indexes, go to the hospital regularly for review, and standardize the treatment under the guidance of doctors.
