In recent years, the Internet has become increasingly popular, and the network has become an important way of communication between the majority of Internet users and doctors. However, how to effectively and accurately reflect your condition to your doctor and ultimately solve the problem in a timely and efficient manner? Now, based on my experience and drawing on the good experiences of other doctors, the following consultation skills are summarized. (1) Fill in the basic information: It is best to fill in the patient’s age truthfully, and indicate the occupation if necessary. (2) Explain the relationship between the consultant and the patient to help the doctor judge the reliability of the content of the statement. Those who come to the consultation with sexual function should preferably come together with their partners. (3) The description of the condition should be brief, rather than simple: the description of the condition should mainly include what problems the patient needs to solve, the time, cause or trigger of these symptoms, the previous treatment and effect, preferably stating to which level of hospital for examination and treatment, the subsequent changes, etc., what are the main treatment measures taken and what are the effects? (4) Describe your situation objectively, do not add your subjective judgment, and try to be concise. (4) as detailed as possible diagnostic information: the main test results, what is the diagnosis? CT examinations, ultrasound examinations and pathological examinations and other important information, it is best to take photos or scans together with the transmission, not handwritten or their own drawings, try to upload the results of each test, here to remind the patients, each examination documents should be well preserved, which is to avoid blind repeat examination and rapid diagnosis and treatment of the fundamental. Regular units will provide standardized examination documents. (5) Make it clear what help you want, but in accordance with the nature of the network consultation, avoid unrealistic requirements, advice: do not ask the doctor to make a clear diagnosis, or propose specific treatment measures. This is because doctors must generally question and examine patients in person before confirming their diagnosis, and even teleconsultations conducted between professionals usually only provide diagnostic references. This not only helps to reflect your situation to the doctor appropriately, so that they can quickly understand your condition after a busy work day, but also ultimately helps the doctor to think what you want, urgent what you need, “one move” to win!
