It is generally between several months and two years. Patients with advanced gastric cancer keep spitting blood are mainly caused by tumor invading large blood vessels and tumor breaking and bleeding. The prognosis of patients with advanced gastric cancer itself is poor, and vomiting blood all the time will further aggravate the condition. The patients’ physical condition is poor, and if they are not actively treated, the survival time is usually about 3 months. If they can be actively treated, some patients can extend to about two years.
