Why do I have pain after wisdom tooth extraction?

The pain may be due to bone tissue damage, soft tissue damage, dental inflammatory disease, etc. If the pain occurs only 1 to 2 days after the extraction, it may be a normal post-extraction symptom, caused by the local damage caused by the tooth extraction, and will often disappear on its own in about 3 days. If the wound pain is severe, smells bad or lasts too long, a prompt visit to the hospital is required for a detailed examination to determine if other diseases have developed as a result of the procedure.
