Uterine cervical intraepithelial neoplasia refers to a series of pre-cancerous lesions ranging from atypical hyperplasia of the cervical epithelium to carcinoma in situ. Uterine cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is mostly related to persistent human papillomavirus infection. Generally, patients with uterine cervical intraepithelial neoplasia do not have obvious clinical symptoms, but a small number of patients may have increased vaginal discharge, contact bleeding, etc. With the progression of the disease, patients may also have symptoms such as frequent urination, urinary urgency and constipation. After diagnosis, patients should go to the hospital immediately and choose observation, medication, cervical conization or hysterectomy under the guidance of the doctor for treatment. Early stage of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia can be prevented from further progression through active treatment. When suffering from this disease, patients are advised to keep a good mindset and actively cooperate with doctors for treatment.
