The generic name of Vanfil is Sildenafil Citrate Tablets. The reasons for taking Wanfeil headache may be caused by decreased cerebral blood flow, or due to cardiac arrhythmia, blood pressure fluctuation and allergic reactions as follows:
1. Reduced cerebral blood flow: Sildenafil is a type 5 phosphodiesterase inhibitor, which can cause vasodilatation and increase penile cavernous blood flow, thus causing a decrease in blood pressure and a reduction in cerebral blood flow, which in turn causes patients to experience headache symptoms.
2. Arrhythmia, blood pressure fluctuations: Sildenafil may cause arrhythmia, so patients may have headache symptoms due to arrhythmia secondary to blood pressure fluctuations.
3. Allergic reaction: some patients have allergic reaction to phosphodiesterase inhibitors, so patients’ headache symptoms may be caused by allergic reaction.
