What to do if the fetus is still not in the womb at 38 weeks

If the fetus has not yet entered the pelvis at 38 weeks of pregnancy, you can push the fetal prelude to descend and enter the pelvis through appropriate activities. However, if it has not been able to enter the pelvis, and if the examination shows that the fetus is too big or the position of the fetus is not correct, then a cesarean section will be needed.
1. Appropriate activities: Under normal circumstances, at about 38 weeks of pregnancy, the fetal prelude will enter the pelvic inlet plane, and if it fails to enter the pelvis, it will affect labor. You can do more activities, such as walking, so that the prelude will fall with the force of gravity, and then the fetus may be pushed into the pelvis.
2. Cesarean section: If the fetal prelude fails to enter the pelvis due to fetal malposition or a large fetal head, the baby cannot be delivered vaginally, and a cesarean section will be performed after the first trimester of pregnancy as prescribed by the doctor.
If the fetus is still not in the pelvis at 38 weeks, it is recommended that the pregnant woman, accompanied by her family, go to the hospital to consult a professional physician for treatment.
