Smack-colored renal carcinoma generally refers to smack-colored cell carcinoma of kidney, and there is no data support on how long smack-colored cell carcinoma of kidney can live; some studies in China have analyzed its 1-year survival rate to be 100%. Smack cell carcinoma of kidney is a kind of renal cell tumor with low malignant degree, with very slow tumor development and low metastatic rate. There are no obvious symptoms in the early stage, and as the tumor increases in size, symptoms such as hematuria, low back pain, and abdominal mass can occur. Some patients may have symptoms such as central scarring, hemorrhage, necrosis and cystic degeneration, which are rare. The prognosis is relatively good if treated effectively and aggressively. However, without active treatment, the tumor may continue to progress and cause distant metastasis, resulting in corresponding symptoms, such as hemoptysis and cough when it metastasizes to the lungs, and coma when it metastasizes to the brain. According to a domestic study, 28 patients with renal pheochromocytoma were followed up for 12-72 months, and all of them had no tumor survival, with a survival rate of 100%. It is suggested that patients with renal smoky cell carcinoma should go to the hospital for consultation in time, and follow the doctor’s instruction to carry out the treatment actively, so as to avoid delaying the condition.
