Brain hemorrhage is done by cranial CT examination, CT is by X-ray imaging, different tissues have different densities on CT, the hemorrhagic lesion of brain hemorrhage is shown as high-density shadow on CT, there will also be a low-density edema band around it, normal brain tissue is shown as isodensity shadow, the ventricular system is filled with cerebrospinal fluid and shown as low density. When observing the patient’s lesion, it is important to count the total number of levels, and the size of the brain hemorrhage lesion is measured on the slice with the largest level, so that the total number of milliliters of brain hemorrhage can be calculated. The severity of cerebral hemorrhage can be determined by combining the lesions observed on the patient’s film with the presence of obvious occupying effects and whether they have led to compression of the lateral ventricles or the brainstem, and the presence or absence of signs of brain herniation can be used as an indicator to guide treatment.
