Is inheritance necessary or not?

I feel that the forward development and revitalization of TCM (career) (is a historical necessity). You are the best and strongest members of the TCM team, and I always feel that my fellow practitioners here (have much to learn). (Therefore) today is not a lecture, but a communication of our academic ideas. Our colleagues here should not fail our Party and our country to develop TCM and revitalize TCM (hope,) give us a great responsibility to take up. Therefore, the State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has taken a very effective measure to develop Chinese medicine and revitalize the Chinese medicine industry. So just now Li Zhenji, deputy director of the speech, I think every sentence is aphorism, every sentence is policy, every sentence is the method, so I always feel that your responsibility is great. Can Chinese medicine move forward, can further development, can improve the clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine, (this is) the key issue, we are a group of old Chinese medicine, are about 80 years old, is a hope for you, I hope you take up the revitalization of Chinese medicine, the development of Chinese medicine (the) great responsibility. Because of today’s time, I will not talk much about it. Next I will talk about why you keep talking about inheritance and whether inheritance is necessary or not (and other issues). My view is that only through in-depth and systematic inheritance can we find innovative points in the inheritance, and only then can we keep up with the pace of the times in Chinese medicine. So I always think that the key issue of inheritance is the issue of literature. The State Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine has given a notice to fellow practitioners to make it clear up. So, as early as the ancients clearly recognized the importance of literature, so the Su Wen showed us the direction to come. The Su Wen is a document from the Spring and Autumn and Warring States. “He who speaks well of history must converge in the middle; he who speaks well of the present must know its source.” What does this phrase mean? It is to ask us to inherit the Chinese medical academy deeply and systematically, to know what the state of development was at the beginning, and how it blends with our present era today. This is the key issue. This is why the Su Wen says, “Those who speak well of the ancient must have a harmony with the present. This is a text. “He who speaks well of the past will be tested in the present”, this is from the Treatise on Abdominal Pain. What is the meaning of “good speech of the ancient”? It means to inherit deeply and systematically, to take the essence and remove the dross. But is this really the case? The dross is not necessarily without its essence, let me give you an example. The “good words of the ancient”, our colleagues here (in the) “Su Wen” talked about “the essence of those who are not enough, supplemented with taste”, we all know, but to the clinical is not used. A very simple example, for example, there are parts of the medical scriptures (content) is still valuable to us, Chinese medicine academic is not closed, “those who are not enough essence, supplemented by taste. For example, for example, in Chinese medicine, it is called bulging, but in modern medicine, it is called cirrhosis of the liver. This is one, right? Secondly, from the clinical point of view, edema patients, on the contrary, Chinese medicine is called “kidney wind”, Western medicine is called “nephritis”. The symptoms (there are): abdominal distension, chest tightness and shortness of breath, highly swollen body, little urination, pale face, pale red lips, tongue often with teeth marks, coarse inhalation, voice first long and then short, as in the room, the pulse is sunken and slow. From the laboratory tests, his plasma protein are low. The Western medicine approach is to supplement the protein, supplementation for a few days he relapsed. How can Chinese medicine fix it? The principle of treatment is that “those who are deficient in essence should be supplemented with taste”. Then we need to use carp soup. Some people refer to carp soup as the “Thousand Gold Formula”, which is not true. The first recipe for carp soup is Ge Hong’s “Post-Elbow Formula”. The first formula is Ge Hong’s “Post-Elbow Formula”. For such patients, whether it is cirrhosis of the liver, ascites, or nephritis, or a high degree of ascites, carp soup is good. Use a carp to remove the head, remove the tail, remove the scales, remove the internal organs, and then add pepper, that is, Bai Gu Yue, put 3 grams, tea leaves 5 grams, black tea is best, Ti Guanyin this kind of, with a head of purple garlic, remove the skin, and then put what medicine? If it is a high degree of ascites in cirrhosis, add vinegar Chai Hu, put 10 grams. Zedoary, 20 grams. Why? The main purpose of using Chai Hu is to ascend, and the main purpose of using Ze Xie is to descend, this is called a rise and a fall, edema does not disappear. You go back and look at the “Ancient and Modern Medical System”, Xu Chunfu’s “Ancient and Modern Medical System” is very valuable. The second medicine to add some wide sand kernel, 15 grams. With white shanglu, some people are afraid to use white shanglu, the ancients used very well, with 10 grams, should be a small amount first, after a large number, to 10 grams is a lot. Another we have to use the big belly skin, why? The treatment of water must be treated gas, not the treatment of gas is not its treatment. Then add the adzuki beans, that is, the beans of cooking rice, not acacia, never that. After using, a day a payment. Generally speaking, cirrhotic ascites can disappear in a week to two weeks, but it is no rebound. So I always feel that the theory of Chinese medicine is true, not false. It is very scientific. This is called “those who speak well of the past must be in line with the present”. What does that mean? Systematic inheritance of ancient theories, combined with modern things, absorbing modern things, so that we can further understand this issue, that is, “there must be in line with the present”. Therefore, Chinese medicine should be inherited in depth. I would also like to give you another example. During your study at the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine or the University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the “Fundamentals of Traditional Chinese Medicine” has mentioned to you that “Yin and Yang is the way of heaven and earth, the outline of all things, the parent of change, the origin of life and death, and the house of the gods”. What is the Tao? The law of development of all things, this is the Tao. Is it really so? I think fellow practitioners, from the Su Wen to the Ling Shu, what is the true connotation of “Tao” in Chinese medicine? In addition to what you have learned, the key issue is that Chinese medicine talks about the Tao, the five organs are connected, the way of the five organs, this is one. This is one of them. There is also the way of essence, and water channels. The essence is the essence of the essence of the spirit, “Sanjiao, the official of the decision, the waterway out of the place”. In addition to this, there is also the whistle of the rest of the way, there is also the air way, there is also the blood way, there is also the way of fluids, the way of Ying and Wei, there is also the liquid way, there is also the upper liquid way, the lower liquid way, there is also the pulse way, the same way, Chinese medicine threw away the way, modern medicine (pick it up), we do not regret? Originally, Chinese medicine is very clear, Western medicine speaks of calcium channels, ion channels, which are not used? We Chinese medicine for more than 2,000 years of the Tao threw it away, lost it, is not this. I was with a fellow Western medical doctor, I said you talk about calcium channels, ion channels, anatomical diagrams, what is the form underneath, he said he did not know. I said what is your function, he said switch. Chinese medicine speaks of the Tao, it is from the body, is the body of the rigid and flexible, it has the role of opening and closing, there is the role of lifting and lowering, there is the role of access. For example, for example, Ye Tianshi said that “the warmth of the evil up to receive, first offend the lungs”. This is what all of us here have learned, right? How does the lung get attacked and through what path? Isn’t it through the Qi channel? Through the respiratory tract? The invasion of the lungs, is not this something very clear, we have thrown away, do not feel sorry? “The first thing that happens to the lungs is that they are invaded from the respiratory tract, from the way of inhalation. For example, last year’s SARS, at the beginning of how exactly to look at. The first thing I said was that the lungs are the first to be invaded by the warm evil. The lungs belong to the guard, the heart belongs to the camp. So look, it mainly invades the lungs from the whistle path, so people published articles. Wu Weike invented the idea that epidemic gases enter through the mouth and nose, which is a great invention. Did Wu really invent this? Go back and look at the “Treatise on the Method of Stabbing” in the Su Wen, and it says at the beginning that there are water plague, gold plague, and earth plague. What is tropical disease? Plague means evil. Then it talks about “the five epidemics are all contaminated and easy”, so Wu and Ke suggested that the epidemics came from the Treatise on the Method of Stabbing. The “Treatise on the Method of Stabbing” has a “heavenly mare”, which refers to the nose, and the mare refers to the mouth. This is what Wu and Ke inherited from the Treatise on Prickly Methods, and then he said that the evil Qi lurked in the membranes, but two paragraphs in the Su Wen suggested the membranes. Because malaria is an infectious disease, and because Wu and Ke were talking about infectious diseases, so he took the membranous origin of the treatise on malaria. So, what did Wu develop? He also recognized the membrane origin, but he did not elaborate it clearly. In Zhang Jinyue’s “Treatise on Impotence” in volume 18 of the Classics, he said that there are membranes inside and outside the human body, and they are in pieces. The function of the membranous origin is mainly to barrier qi and blood, that is to say, after the invasion of evil qi, it is difficult for the medicine to reach it, and it has a barrier qi. Therefore, Wu Weike very cleverly developed the da yuan drink, da yuan drink key issue is the hammer slices, grass and fruit kernel, is mainly through the qi, to lead the medicine into the internal. In this way, Wu Weike his things are rooted, inherited, developed, the key issue of development is the table nine transmission. Is it true that Dagenia is useless now? I say it is useful. For example, you say that this patient has a cold, the use of Western medicine, also used penicillin, the more you fight, the more it does not work, and finally the patient has abdominal distension, thirst, nausea, hot and cold exchanges. Then take a look at the tongue is red, the moss is thick and greasy, is rough, the pulse is slippery, but often in the afternoon fever, does not go away, sometimes a month, two months and three months (fever) still does not go away, then we use the da yuan cited original formula. Fellow Daoists, in the future you go back to see, (clinical use of a,) I think the effect is very good, I do like to use this formula. I like to use this formula. It is said that we should inherit correctly and innovate, and Wu and Ke’s “Treatise on Warm Epidemic” is an inheritance that creates something new. You have also talked about “the righteousness exists within, the evil cannot dry up”, and I see that there are numerous published articles every day. I would like to ask you: “The righteousness is stored inside”, to which place do you store it? How do you store it? Can you answer that? I said you can’t answer, but the Treatise on Pricking Technique shows you clearly that it comes from qigong, first from the liver, then from the heart, from the heart to the spleen, from the spleen to the lungs, and then from the kidneys. I always feel that this is all I want to say on this subject, because there is not enough time today. Regarding the issue of inheritance, fellow practitioners, my opinion (is) to study the Su Wen and the Ling Shu Jing in depth and systematically. Only then can you truly appreciate the science (nature) of TCM. Therefore, Deng Lao spoke of the theory of Chinese medicine is ahead of its time, how ahead of its time, ahead of the problem with modern scientific means can not take out, you do not have the means. For example, we talk about qihua every day, what is the connotation of qihua? How does it work? How does it move? I think the fellow Taoists go back to check the “Ling Shu Jing” Wei Qi Chapter, there are four streets in the human body, the head has a street of Qi, the chest has a street of Qi, the abdomen has a street of Qi, and the limbs have a street of Qi. What is the function of the qi street? The Ling Shu Jing answers that it is the pathway of qi, the pathway of qi transformation. There are three functions of qihua. Fellow practitioners go back and look at the preface of “Pulse Theory Huixian”, this person (author) is from the Song Dynasty. Qigong, qihua has three functions, the first function, it has a metabolic function, the original words, this is not what I said, and not translated, the original words. What is the metabolic function? The “five organs of the different theory” we will read “drink into the stomach, swim overflow essence …… spleen qi dispersed essence, up to the lungs, through the water channel”, will read it, this is the metabolic function. The second function, it has a message function, translated (translation) is information, information function. The third function, it has the function of surplus and deficiency, that is, the function of deficiency and reality, reflecting the internal and external deficiency and reality of the organism, through the qi. My experience, you reflect this function, the function of yin and yang bias, it also has to convey information, cold and heat is not the same? What is this information? The information is the evidence, the word next to this evidence, now do not study the identification and treatment of evidence? How can you study the diagnosis and treatment if you don’t understand the evidence? Therefore, the evidence is a large group of information, this group of information must first be put into the human body to observe the natural world. This is why the Nei Jing says, “Man is born with the qi of heaven and earth, and the law of the four seasons becomes”. It is impossible to separate from the natural world. Nature and the human body are a big information and metabolism. We are talking about discriminatory treatment, throwing away the time, the seasons, to go to the doctor, you really discriminate the evidence? I’m not sure I’ve done it all, including me. Why did SARS disappear last year as soon as it reached summer? Because the season is not suitable for you this plague epidemic, it changed. Therefore, the ancients said, “The Nei Jing” speaks: “the upper knows astronomy, the lower knows geography, the middle knows personnel”. What does that mean? What is “know the personnel”? The physiological and pathological changes of the human body and the natural world should be combined, which is a large information group. Then the second information group is the five organs of the qi, the five elements of the qi, the fellow Taoists seem to say that the five elements of the qi, gold gives birth to water, water gives birth to wood, wood gives birth to fire, fire gives birth to earth, earth gives birth to gold. Gold grams wood, wood grams earth ……, it seems to be finished, finished? No, we go back to check the “Ling Shu Jing” five chaos chapter, it said, “the five elements in order, the four seasons have a section”, what do you mean? What does it mean? The five elements are in order, not even one upside down, it talks about gas, not quality, it talks about the gasification, not quality. With the order, the five elements are the pattern of mathematics. For example, “the sky three wood”, “the earth two fire”, “the sky one water, the earth six into the”, this is the pattern of mathematics, so you say that the modern, in our, not the Chinese medical community The, layman, the Chinese Academy of Sciences graduate school, this person is engaged in mathematics, I suggest that you look at this book DD “Nei Jing ecological view”, he wrote a book called “Nei Jing ecological view”, he is engaged in mathematics. We did not engage in ah ourselves, people engaged in. Therefore, there is a sequence with a number, give it up, encoded. In addition, the Zhou Yi San Ji Tu Guan, it says that the five elements are a message, a message that conveys information. So, the phase production and gram itself has adjustment and control, one of the four is missing. So it’s not right to throw away the five elements, you go back and look at the Five Elements of Great Meaning and you will understand. I think why last year’s SARS it invaded the lungs, in addition to the direct invasion of the spleen and stomach, invasion of the stomach, and then the liver, I do not know if you have felt. I did experience it, I experienced it very deeply, and the efficacy of Chinese medicine is reliable. Talking about this issue, I always feel that this is an aspect of the evidence of an information group. The third aspect, to be able to know the color and pulse, is a million moves million when ah, we identify the evidence, symptoms, tongue texture, tongue coating, pulse, this is something in our textbook. The color of the face, the pupils, the eyes, the ears, the hair, the color of the face or not? No. I suggest that you go back and look at the book “Look at the color of the QI Wei”, this book is our Chinese Academy of Chinese medicine Ma Jixing old back from foreign countries, I suggest that you look at. You haven’t read the book “Looking at the Diagnosis” either, have you? So the color of the face is still gone, how can you identify the evidence? What can you discern? Fellow Daoists, is our face the same color? I said everyone’s face is five colors, the blood of the five organs and the light qi of the six internal organs are all injected on the face. You go back and look. To give you an example, it is very simple, the Hall of Indigo this place a red, this person has a heart trouble. Do not believe you go back and try. Face a green, a yellow, a slight red, this person must be in anger, why? Green is the color of wood, so we do not have color in the clinical evidence. Is there color? No color. I (identification) is inseparable (color). This person’s face a green, a red, light red, you go back and look, most of the liver and gallbladder. I always feel that these problems, identification of a color is gone. The one who can know the specimen, is a million moves ten thousand when ah. This is inside the “Su Wen”. Is not the identification of the symptoms and the root? The first disease is the origin, and the second disease is the symptom, and there is also the first treatment of its internal, and then adjust its external, this is the Su Wen “to the true to the great treatise”. There is no standard, is there? And there is no origin, right? Is that right? We are also told to “see the breath, listen to the sound, and know the suffering”. Have you looked at the whistle? No, you didn’t. Did you look at the sound? Neither did you. Is this evidence comprehensive? Have you lost it? Have you lost it? I said you have lost it, you don’t know how to use it. The lectures in the classroom are very good, but in the clinic, you don’t know how to use it. Why is our modern Chinese medicine in this state? Westernization, following Western medicine. Is it wrong? Because you look at the laboratory, you look at the CT, look at the Doppler, look at the ultrasound, look at the nuclear magnetic, is it necessary? I say it is necessary. I do not object, I also want you to see. Chinese medicine talks about qi and blood. Fellow practitioners, what is the change of qi? Have you seen it? Have you lost it? I said you have lost it, the thinking is not right. You must keep up with the thinking. What thinking? What is the thinking of TCM? What is the thinking of TCM? What is a holistic view? In ancient times, the book “Zhou Yi and Technology”, the holistic view is the systemic view, not systematic enough, you just look at the blood without looking at the qi, right? Not to identify the evidence. So some of my fellow TCM practitioners write about evidence patterns, right? The Book of Scriptures, this book is called the Book of Scriptures, “the type, the method of casting”, “the method of casting”, what does it mean? I want to build this cup is round, I have to have a mold, have this mold, first do round. The cup is made, you do not move it, it is always round, stationary. So Chinese medicine speaks of differentiation and typology, the text is different, the identification itself is divided, you still divide what type ah. Static view of the problem. What is Chinese medicine? It’s called testifying and waiting. So “Su Wen” five runs of the great theory of “the wait of the make, the road of the birth, do not know also”, tell you what is the wait, so you dynamic observation of the problem. This is why Chinese medicine says that there are 72 Hodgson in the five movements and six qi, which change with the qi transformation. A disease in the human body is also for you to observe dynamically. Observe his color pulse, observe his symptoms, observe his specimen, observe his whistling, observe the pulse, called the evidence. I want to say, for example, let you observe you do not observe, a common cold, fever, but we are very sure of Chinese medicine, he did not go to see, the fever patient’s body temperature is high, to 11 o’clock at night after, you see it came down. No matter how much or how little, it is definitely down. After the temperature comes down, gradually down to eight or nine o’clock the next morning, the body temperature of 37 degrees, 38 degrees or so. After nine o’clock in the morning, he started to have a fever again. Why? The specific manifestation of the struggle between good and evil, you will not observe, and keep on using the medicine there. You will not go to dynamic observation. So we have lost all these things, I think it’s too bad to lose. I think it’s a shame to lose them. Just say a Gui Zhi Tang, you feel useless. “The sun is a disease, the head is strong and painful, or has been feverish, or not feverish, the nose sounds dry and vomiting”. After learning “Typhoid”, what is the meaning of nasal tinnitus, do you understand, what is called nasal tinnitus ah? You should go back and look at the book “Typhoid Explanatory Examination”. The nasal sound itself is sneezing and spraying. It is very simple, right? A Gui Zhi Tang, to the clinic now, the elderly more and more, like my age more and more. The first thing you need to do is to get a shot to clear the heat and detoxify the toxins, which is very bad, believe it or not, try it. You can give this old man the Yin Qiao San, Sang Ju Drink, and Jing Fang Defeat Poison San, and it won’t work. Fellow travelers, go back and try Gui Zhi Tang. The original formula is used, the amount cannot be changed. You must drink hot porridge to eat Gui Zhi Tang, it does not work well without it. I am often used. Is it purely for colds? There are many allergic diseases, Gui Zhi Tang is good ah. For example, allergic rhinitis, every day sneeze spray, every day runny nose. This patient a lot of ah, in the clinical, long-term, but also anti-inflammatory, but also clear heat, but also detoxification, but he that allergy, he is not good to use Western medicine that, good? Is Xithmin good? Only the same DD hormone, after the use of re-offending. Then you say your theory of allergy is true, (or) is it true that I have a disorder of camping and health? I think my disorder is the truth, it is scientific. Next, I would like to talk about the second issue. People take this gene very seriously. There is no gene in Chinese medicine, there is no such word. But 2,000 years ago, in the Ling Shu Jing, there was already the germ of endowment, which is also the germ of gene. Take a look at the Ling Shu Jing “Tian Nian”, “Take the mother as the foundation, take the father as the wooden shield”. What does it mean? “Mother is the foundation”, his mother is like the land, and his father is like sowing seeds. What kind of seeds are sown? I think the issue of endowment is very clear. So, this “essence” is the essence of the two or five, after the first male and female coitus, male essence and female blood, mixed together, what is it? It is a Wuji. I say this to recall, what do you mean no pole ah? The essence of the pole, the Wuji contains a true qi, the outside is qi, the inside is the essence, then the essence of the qi it has a catalytic effect, this is called “Yang into qi, Yin forming”. This (is) the essence of the second five contains, right? Under the catalytic action of Yang Qi, it splits, and what does it split? One Yin, one Yang; one Water, one Fire; one Ying, one Wei; one Qi, one Blood; one Organ, one Bowel; one Meridian, one Loop. Because of the role of two qi, it produces, divided into five, divided into five qi, so (said to be) the essence of two and five, which is called ancestral qi, so only to start forming an embryo, this embryo should be called endowment, also called talent, endowment. The embryo itself is one, everyone go back and look at the Song Dynasty’s “Sheng Ji Jing”, the saint of saints, the Ji of living people, the classic Jing. Look at this book and talk about the endowment very clearly, especially clear. This is called a life of two, there is real fire and real water, two begets three, it is real fire and real qi and real yang, is real water and real essence and real yin, three begets everything well. So the “Nei Jing” in the called “three and into the sky, three into the ground, three and adult, three and three of, and for nine wild, nine wild into nine organs, the form of the dirty four, the gods dirty five” well. So all things form the human body’s skin and hair, muscle couples, hair, internal organs, meridians, Ying Wei Qi, blood and fluid, which is three and adult. The word is not pronounced ear [er], the word pronounced [ye]. Never read [er], that word read [ye], read [er] called people laugh. When we read the book, we said that the top left of the ear, there is a small circle, then we talk about the four books called the sound change, called the pronunciation of [ye], you read [er] is not right. So, there are sequential well, like the five elements, heart, kidneys, liver, spleen, right, it refers to, it is different from the five elements of the qi, different organs and viscera, are different, right. (I want to say one more thing here that we all know, right? For example, these five organs, this is what I inserted, the heart is the master of the blood, the qi line is the blood line, all the way to the present. Fellow Taoists, you always say you see Western medicine found the blood circulation, Chinese medicine did not, I said you said wrong, go back and take a look at the Song Dynasty, there is a Liu Yuanbin, he wrote the book “Shen Qiao Wan Jin Fang” he said “heart main blood, through the meridians, circulation of the internal organs. In the future, we pick up this sentence, is not the development? Is it the same as what Minister Chen Minzhang said in the past, that inheritance does not leave the ancestors and development does not leave the clan? I said lost. Now, for example, the spleen is responsible for transport and transformation, and the stomach is responsible for ripening water and grain. The textbook, all textbooks say this, but we put the “Taiping Sheng Hui Fang” 72 volumes, it said “stomach gas deficiency, can not digest water and grain. And then look at Zhu Danxi’s “bureau formula play” “spleen is the digestive apparatus” ah. He said the gastric juice, gastric juice solidified, it is not digested? The “Bureau of the play”. So we have inherited all these issues, is it considered innovation? So I always feel that we should all read well. The five elements are talking about qi, not quality, so wood belongs to the east, its quality acid, and acid in the number of wood is three, is the source of internal and external biochemistry of the body, that is, the meaning of the ancestral qi. I want to give an example. We all know that Chinese medicine does not have bile, Western medicine (think) the liver to create bile, really? You take the Ling Shu Jing “Tian Nian Chapter”, “When a person is 50 years old, the liver Qi begins to decline, the liver lobe begins to thin, and the bile begins to decrease”. How do you understand this text? Maybe you should go back and look at it, “Bile begins to confuse the “Jieyijing”, which is the word “reduce”. So there is no bile in Chinese medicine? Not from the liver? Is that right? Is it not scientific? I’ll give you another example, now we all know that amino acids, from the liver. I told him that the molecular biologist said, “Why do you think this amino acid comes from the liver? Why doesn’t it come from the heart? Why not from the spleen? Why not from the kidney? He said I can’t answer this for the time being, so can you, the old head of Ren, answer? I said I can answer your question very clearly. I said, the liver is the main acid, acid produces all things, things have an image, there is an image to use. That’s why Wang Bing said “the elephant can be read”, can look, right? Why some of those genes can be expressed, and some can not be expressed? I said you do not have enough amino acids, nature control you, or you will 24, should be 24 festivals, the law, dynamic to see the problem, or amino acids should be 28, should be the sky on 28, only this, nature does not control you, you can. Here is another problem, in our Chinese medicine team, there are often, a lot of fellow doctors say that Chinese medicine has no anatomy, Chinese medicine theory is abstract, I say no, Chinese medicine has anatomy, Chinese medicine theory development, is based on anatomical observation out, so the British scholar called Joseph Lee said, the ancient Chinese anatomy appeared earlier, from the beginning of the magpie until the Wang Mang era, continued to the late Three Kingdoms period, after In the Qing Dynasty, it was represented by Wang Qingren, right? He did not engage in a “medical forest to correct errors”, the essence of it, he wanted to correct errors, he was also wrong. There is anatomy, from the “difficult scriptures”, from the “Ling Shu Jing”, we go back to see if there is anatomy. Because of the lack of time today, I will talk about the anatomical. In ancient times, the Ling Shu Jing “Jing Shui Chapter”, “if the eight-foot man, skin and flesh in this, outside can measure cut through and get,” that word does not read [du], is the meaning of degree. “Its death can be dissected and seen, its organs of the firm and brittle, the size of the House, the amount of grain, the length of the pulse, the blood of the clear and turbid,” “the amount of gas, all have a large number.” Not detailed? Some people say that Chinese medicine is macroscopic, there is no microscopic. I see, no, there is both macro and micro. Isn’t looking at the color microscopic? Have you analyzed it? You diagnose every day, do you understand what you write? The hair vein is finer than a hair, without anatomy can come to this conclusion? So I always feel that these issues, it should be considered, we are Chinese medicine, self-destructive ah, “difficult scriptures” 42 difficult, it talks about the human gut, the length, how much grain, how much water, there are measurements, no anatomy it how to measure? Also, some people say there is no pancreas in Chinese medicine. Is that correct? I say no. The “difficult scriptures” forty-two difficulties “is not told? Please go back and look at Zhang Shanlei’s “Difficult scriptures” and see how he explains the scattered paste? Chinese medicine is called loose paste is the pancreas, meat month set aside a junchen of the minister, go back and look, I do not want to say too much. About the problem of Sanjiao, the problem of Sanjiao, right, a word first seen in the “Yellow Emperor’s Classic of Internal Medicine”, it is clearly pointed out that Sanjiao, one of the organs of the human body, gall bladder, stomach, large intestine, small intestine, bladder, five and called the six internal organs, that, the book on the form of Sanjiao, lack of clear description. In the past two thousand years, the academic Chinese medicine community has been debating about its form and formlessness, especially in the magazines before ****, there are not a few articles published, and there are different opinions, such as the invisible San Jiao, the cavity, the stomach San Jiao, the oil film, and the three sections of San Jiao. The late Ren Yingqiu said, “The invisible theory of Sanjiao is not correct, because you admit that Sanjiao is a internal organ and has the function of moving qi and water, but it is invisible. My opinion, Sanjiao refers to the essence, fluid, qi and blood, metabolic system, we go back and check, it has a form, this form my opinion, from the literature, should be multi-system, multi-system a confluence of cavities, or (by) glandular meridians, otherwise how does the metabolic function come from? So, I always feel that these are the questions that we should read and solve, right? Now, I would like to talk about one more issue, what is it, the issue of toxicity. Poison can be external or internal, go back and look at this book, called “Ten Thousand Diseases, One Poison”, this information is mainly in the “Traditional Chinese Medicine”, is the six evil spirits, epidemic gas, I began to talk about, the human body can also be poisonous changes in emotions, dietary disorders, physical deficiency can also be poisonous, the essence of depression poison, blood stagnation, water depression, phlegm can be poisonous, is born at any time and anywhere, is anywhere and anywhere to discharge, how to exclude How to get rid of it? The “True and False Medicine” says: “When the qi and blood are in harmony, the poison will be removed. I think we should talk about this in the clinical setting, for example: when you have a stagnant diet, why do you have diarrhea and vomit? Why do you have to vomit and diarrhea? That is the production of poison, no poison is not a disease, ah, with poison, stomach gas injury, large intestine gasification is blocked, so the production of vomiting and diarrhea, it is not uncommon! I always talk about these problems, we should consider, the system of Chinese medicine theory is to inherit the inheritance, right, do not inherit it? So I always think we should consider. There is a “Siwen Lu” is Wang Yangming, Wang Yangming is a theoretician, he said, the liver collects blood, blood to the soul, the spleen collects glory, glory to the intention, the heart collects pulse, pulse to the spirit, the lungs collect qi, qi to the spirit, the kidneys collect essence, essence to the will, is the five organs are the harmony of the nature, right. So I thought to myself, when you talk about the foundation, what is the soul, “the soul is the soul that follows the spirit”, right? But you don’t know what “following the gods” means, so Li Nianguo, in the “Spiritual Shou Yoyu”, or “Zuo Zhuan”, what is the soul? He said that the soul is the master of perception, the spirit is the master of movement, the soul is the master of ascension, the spirit is the master of descent, and the spirit is the master of the internal environment, an internal environment, an external environment, is to find out whether the body is toxic or not. Is that right? Therefore, the spirit, soul, prana and will are dominated by the spirit. This Shen refers to (is) Yuan Shen, Shen Ji and nerves, Yuan Shen, Shen Ji, which is derived from the Su Wen. The nerves are said by some of my colleagues to be from Western medicine, but I say that is not true. The nerves were first mentioned in the “Taiping Jing”, “Taiping Jing”, in the Han Dynasty. This “sutra” refers to the sutra of scriptures, the sutra of reciting scriptures, which is not correct. In the Ming Dynasty, Fang Youde, the author of “The Article of Typhoid Discourse” and the article of the Materia Medica, the article of Gui Zhi, he said, “The right to use the sutra is also the wonderful of the nerves”. Therefore, Chinese medicine believes that God is a function of the body of God, one is the God’s body, one is the God’s machine, which is the use of God, and one is the nerve, which is a function of God’s lift and conduction. Therefore, the human God is a three-dimensional system. What is three-dimensional? Therefore, I always think that Chinese medicine should really consider these things about God, can we not inherit these things? I say no, it’s too bad to throw it away.
