Cell-mediated gene therapy is a gene-level treatment method, which is currently mainly applied to anti-tumor, playing the role of alleviating or inhibiting the growth of cancer cells. Cell-mediated gene therapy is an emerging therapeutic method, which can be categorized into germ cell gene therapy and somatic cell gene therapy, and the latter is mainly carried out at present, which is considered as one of the therapeutic techniques with application prospects. It utilizes gene recombination technology to introduce target genes and corresponding vectors into recipient cells after recombination in vitro, so as to make them proliferate and express in the recipient cells, and target them to play a therapeutic role. In the application of anti-tumor, the vector containing the target gene is introduced into anti-tumor immune effector cells, and the anti-tumor immune cells are used to mediate the introduction of the gene into the body, so that it can be proliferated and expressed in the body, so as to enhance the anti-tumor immune ability of the tumor foci and the surrounding tissues, and to play the role of alleviating or inhibiting the growth of cancer cells.
