Strong analgesics are generally useful for severe cancer pain. Clinical strong analgesics generally refer to opioid analgesics such as morphine and oxycodone extended-release tablets, which are mainly used for the treatment of moderate to severe cancer pain, and the dosage of drugs is selected individually according to the different pain conditions of each patient. However, the analgesic treatment of severe cancer pain not only relies on strong analgesic drugs, but also relies on active and effective anti-tumor treatment, such as surgical treatment, targeted therapy, systemic chemotherapy, local radiotherapy, etc. In the case of severe cancer pain, the strong analgesic drugs need to be combined with these anti-tumor treatments in order to achieve better analgesic treatment effect.
