Chest tightness and chest pain

If the patient currently has chest tightness and chest pain, the first thing to rule out is whether it is caused by an angina attack, especially for elderly patients, or patients who currently have high risk factors for coronary heart disease, when there is anterior heart pain, it is highly considered to be caused by coronary heart disease and angina pectoris. If the patient is currently young and has no previous medical history, it cannot be ruled out that it may be caused by myocarditis. Especially for patients who have had symptoms such as cough, sputum, fever, and cold within the last three weeks, it is important to rule out whether myocarditis has occurred, and it is recommended that they can have an electrocardiogram, cardiac enzymes, and cardiac ultrasound to help further clarify the diagnosis. In other patients, it is possible that there is no real problem and that it is triggered by cardiac neurosis or a disorder of vegetative nerve function regulation.
