Clinically, there is no sign for cancer patients before they die. Generally speaking, cancer patients may have abnormal vital signs, change of consciousness, neuromuscular changes and other manifestations before they die. 1. Abnormal vital signs: Cancer patients will suffer from organ failure before dying, and their thermoregulatory center will be abnormal and unable to maintain normal body temperature. Patients will have a drop in body temperature, and most of them will have cold limbs. Neuromuscular changes: cancer patients will have the manifestations of decreased muscle strength, weakened nerve reaction, pupil enlargement, no response to pain stimulation, incontinence, pupil enlargement and so on when they are cut off. Besides, the performance of different parts of the cancer will also be different, such as lung cancer patients may have difficulty in breathing and chest pain before death, while liver cancer patients may have jaundice, pain in the liver area, ascites and other symptoms before death.
