Recruiting patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

       “The clinical study of electro-acupuncture for benign prostatic hyperplasia is a project of Guang’anmen Hospital of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and 100 patients are now recruited. Our department is now using electro-acupuncture to treat benign prostatic hyperplasia with remarkable results, stopping the use of Western medicine, improving local blood circulation and regulating bladder qi through self-regulation, improving the patient’s quality of life and relieving symptoms such as difficulty in urination. The selected patients will be provided with 1 month free treatment and free post-treatment examination.       Entry requirements: 1, age 50-75: meet the Chinese and Western medical diagnostic criteria for prostate enlargement; 2, one month of treatment, treatment time (week 1 to week 5 afternoon, 5 times M week); 3, no contraindications to acupuncture (such as patients with severe cardiovascular disease)
