Children with Tourette’s syndrome are more effectively treated with diet

At present, because processed foods are ubiquitous in our lives, people also prefer to choose colorful and flavorful foods, while omitting the most natural and simple foods in our lives, resulting in a high incidence of various human diseases, we look at the following common cases of effective dietary treatment in outpatient clinics: a child 4 years old, male, recently appeared to squeeze eyebrows, blinking, throat clearing, and since childhood drooling, hyperactivity. The height was not up to the average standard. The diagnosis was: tic disorder. He had used many medications to calm the brain nerves, but his symptoms were often relieved when he used them, but recurred when he didn’t. The parents were in a difficult situation. After consultation, the child usually eats snacks, ice-cream, carbonated and dairy drinks. The results of the test were: low serum zinc and lead 35 (0-100). My advice for this child: 1. Stop using sedative drugs first. 2. Stop eating all small foods, instant noodles, sausages, drinks and yogurt (i.e. foods with color and high sugar). 3.Ensure daily supplementation of pure milk,] fresh vegetables, fruits, in. 4, necessary nutrient supplementation. 5.No TV or computer watching. After 1 month, the parents reviewed the case, they were very happy, the feedback result was that the child no longer eat small food this month, the symptoms improved significantly after the nutritional treatment, and the happiest thing was that the child no longer drooled.
