It is not recommended to take Goji Chrysanthemum Dihuang Pill and Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill together because they have more of the same medications and the dose of the same medications is too large when taken together.
Wolfberry, chrysanthemum and dihuang pills are composed of wolfberry, ripened dihuang, poria, yam, mudanpi, cornelian cherry, chrysanthemum and zedoary. It has the function of nourishing kidney and liver. It can be used for tinnitus, dizziness, tears in the wind, shyness, blindness and photophobia caused by yin deficiency of liver and kidney. The adverse reactions and contraindications of this product are not clear.
Jin Gui Kidney Qi Pill is composed of Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Rhizoma Dioscoreae, Poria, Mudan Pi, Yam, Ze Xeroxia and Psyllium. It has the function of tonifying the kidney and assisting yang, transforming qi and moving qi. It can be used for kidney deficiency and edema, lumbago and foot weakness, fear of cold, cold hands and feet, dysuria (unsmooth urination), or urination against excess. Pregnant women should not take this product. The adverse reactions of this product are not clear.
Qi Ju Di Huang Wan and Jin Gui Ren Qi Wan contain Poria, Yam, Cornu Cervi Pantotrichum, Mudan Pi and Ze Xie, etc. In order to avoid excessive dosage of the same medication, which is detrimental to health, it is not recommended to take them together.
