Patients with severe craniocerebral injury are often in serious condition and their vital signs are unstable, so for such patients, they should be rescued in a hurry. The principle of rescue is in the emergency scene, first of all, to ensure that the patient’s respiratory tract is unobstructed, because the patient is often comatose, unconscious, accompanied by vomiting, and even bleeding from the mouth and nose, it is necessary to promptly clean the mouth, respiratory foreign bodies, if necessary, also need to do tracheal intubation and so on. During patient handling, position the patient as far as possible in a lateral position or with the head slightly to the side to avoid accidental aspiration or asphyxia. To stop bleeding and resuscitate shock in time, dress the open wound and establish intravenous access to resuscitate shock treatment. After the transfer, the patient will be examined and diagnosed in the hospital, and surgery will be actively performed in accordance with the patient’s condition.
