Simple uterine bleeding can be treated by applying sex hormones to stop bleeding and scraping the uterus to stop bleeding.
1. Sex hormone hemostasis: estrogen hemostasis is more suitable for adolescent females whose hemoglobin is lower than 80g/L. Oral drugs such as valproate diol are preferred, etc. When the hemoglobin is higher than 80g/L, it is often necessary to add progesterone at the same time, so as to make the endometrium completely transformed, and then withdrawn at the same time, so as to make the endometrium fall off, and the hemostasis is slower, but it is more in line with the physiological cycle.
2. Scraping to stop bleeding: generally through the use of local anesthesia, endometrial scraping with instruments, so that the proliferating endometrium quickly fall off, to achieve the purpose of rapid hemostasis. Although this method is painful and involves some surgical risks, it is fast, safe and reliable.
In case of simple uterine bleeding, one should consult a specialist in time, apply sex hormones or scrape the uterus according to the doctor’s instructions, strengthen the rest and nutrition during menstruation, avoid overwork and strenuous activities, and prohibit intercourse and tub baths during the bleeding period.
