CIN grade 2 can be cured in most cases after conical excision of the cervix. The first review is 3 months after the operation, mainly TCT and HPV tests are done. If abnormalities are found through the review, corresponding treatment will be given according to the degree of abnormality, which will prevent the occurrence of cervical cancer; most of CIN2 will be cured after conization surgery, and it is normal to review the cervical area again without other abnormalities.
