Women who have a cervical biopsy and whose report indicates that CIN2 is involved in the gland can be cured because CIN2 is an intermediate grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia that involves the gland but is still a precancerous lesion rather than a true cervical cancer. The chance of its direct development into cervical cancer is also particularly high, and if not treated actively, it may turn into high-grade cervical intraepithelial neoplasia. Therefore, cervical laminectomy needs to be considered after detection. At present, laparotomy can be performed either with a lap knife cone or with a cold knife cone, which is preferred because it is more invasive and bleeds more. Because the process of laparoscopic conization of the cervix can achieve the role of cutting, coagulation and hemostasis at the same time, so the amount of bleeding is relatively small and the postoperative recovery is faster.
