What should I do if I have sudden onset of profuse sweating in coronary artery disease?

Patients with coronary artery disease who suddenly develop profuse sweating should be alerted to the development of heart attack, aortic coarctation or unstable angina. If the patient has persistent chest pain with a distinct sense of near death and is very uncomfortable with irritability, it is advisable to go to a hospital emergency department as soon as possible. As heart attack is a relatively critical condition, it is advisable to seek medical attention as soon as possible for insurance purposes to avoid serious consequences.
