How to self-test for atherosclerosis

It is very difficult for ordinary people to detect arteriosclerosis, and even for professionally trained doctors, it takes several palpations to appreciate the weakening of arterial pulsations and stiffness of arterial walls, so self-testing for arteriosclerosis is basically impossible for ordinary people. For example, if carotid artery sclerosis is considered to be accompanied by stenosis, the patient may experience syncope, transient darkness, memory loss or even severe headache, and should undergo early ultrasound examinations, including carotid ultrasound, intracranial ultrasound and lower limb artery ultrasound, to detect atherosclerosis at an early stage and give treatment.
