I don’t have schizophrenia, why did my doctor prescribe me olanzapine?

I went to XXX Hospital Psychiatry/Psychiatry/Psychosomatic Medicine today and the physician prescribed me paroxetine and olanzapine. I read the drug instructions and olanzapine is an antipsychotic drug, do I have schizophrenia? In fact, many drugs have multiple uses in clinical practice. For example, alprazolam is a benzodiazepine hypnotic sedative and anxiolytic, mainly used for anxiety, nervousness and agitation, but also as an adjunct to hypnosis or anxiety, as an anti-panic drug, and to relieve acute alcohol withdrawal symptoms, etc. Similarly, olanzapine is an atypical anti-schizophrenic drug that is mainly used to treat the positive symptoms of schizophrenia, but also partially effective for the negative symptoms. In clinical work, we use it not only for the treatment of schizophrenia, but also as a sensitizer in the treatment of depression and other diseases, and also for improving sleep in patients with insomnia.
