1. Upper arm of the arm: touch the elbow socket with your hand to find the brachial artery beating place, choose the appropriate type of cuff, the cuff of the sphygmomanometer, even close to the skin wrapped around the upper arm, the lower edge of the cuff from the elbow socket 2~3 cm, the elasticity of the cuff can be inserted into the 1~2 fingers as appropriate, the cuff and the heart to maintain at the same level.
2. Wrist: Put the wristband on the bare wrist with the palm of the hand facing upward, the lower edge of the wristband is 0.5~1 cm away from the palm of the hand, grasp the end of the wristband, tighten or loosen the wristband to the extent that it can be inserted into 1~2 fingertips, and it should not be overly tight or loose, and the rest of the wristband should be folded and rolled back to the outside.
Measurement of blood pressure should be in a resting state, try not to move or talk during the measurement to avoid affecting the accuracy of the results.
